On preparation of the Russia – Country of Sports International Sport Forum on September 8-11, 2011, in Saransk

 
For the purpose of efficient and timely implementation of the Order of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 12, 2010 No. 863-rp and the order by the Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation A.D. Zhukov dated December 27, 2010 No. № AZh-P12-8923 it is hereby ordered:
1.         To approve the members of the Task Force for preparation and holding of the Russia – Country of Sports International Sport Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) (приложение№ 1),
2.         The Task Force shall ensure implementation of the Concept and Plan of the main measures aimed at preparation and holding of the Forum.
3.         Department for budgetary and financial policy (Yu.B. Lenda), and Department for accounting, reporting, and audit (E.V. Vladimirskaya) shall include in the federal budget for the next year and the planning period a provision for the costs associated with the Forum events at the expense of the funds provided by the Minsporttourism of Russia.
4.         Department for affair management (A.G. Mikhailov) shall ensure technical support to the activities of the Task Force for preparation and holding of the Forum, including organizational and material support.
5.         To recommend executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sport, non-governmental, and sport organizations  to take an active part in preparation and holding of the Forum.
6. I reserve the right to enforce this Order.
